Roles & Responsibilities:

 Interpret and implement HR policies regarding compensation and Benefits.

 Execute annual performance appraisal, annual performance bonus, productivity linked bonus, Industry benchmark benefits and stock options as per company policy.

 Develop compensation and rewards strategies for the employees.

 Prepare HR budget and manpower cost as per annual business plan.

 Perform salary reviews based on market and sector specific benchmarking.

Required skills:

 Knowledge of preparing compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments for different grades

 Familiarity with different kinds of benefits and incentives.

 Should have experience of Job evaluation and Benefits benchmarking.

 Should have conducted at least three end to end PMS cycles.

 Strong numerical and quantitative analysis
