
HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will support the HR department in all administrative and HR-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation
Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding
Employee Records & HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and files
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database
Support payroll processing by providing required data
Employee Engagement & Communication
Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities
- Communicate HR policies and updates to staff
Be the point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, etc.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies
Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and SOPs
Performance Management
Assist in performance review process coordination
- Maintain documentation and support managers with review feedback cycles
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in HR roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HRMS or HRIS tools is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
