We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will support the HR department in all administrative and HR-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation

  • Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding

  • Employee Records & HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and files

  • Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database

  • Support payroll processing by providing required data

  • Employee Engagement & Communication

  • Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities

  • Communicate HR policies and updates to staff

  • Be the point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, etc.

  • Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies

  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and SOPs

  • Performance Management

  • Assist in performance review process coordination

  • Maintain documentation and support managers with review feedback cycles

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in HR roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with HRMS or HRIS tools is a plus
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
