Job Responsibilities:
As an HR Executive at Weird Wolf, you will manage and support HR operations including but not limited to:
Recruitment & Staffing
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinating interviews and selection process
- Managing onboarding formalities for new hires
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitoring daily attendance and leave records
- Ensuring timely maintenance and accuracy of records
HR Compliance
- Ensuring adherence to statutory compliances (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)
- Maintaining necessary HR documentation
Employee Engagement
- Assisting in planning employee engagement activities
- Addressing employee queries and concerns
Payroll Support
- Coordinating with payroll team/vendor for salary processing inputs
- Verifying attendance and leave data for payroll
HR Administration
- Maintaining employee records and files
- Preparing HR letters (offer, appointment, relieving, etc.)
Performance Management Support
- Assisting in probation/confirmation processes
- Supporting annual appraisal cycles
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree (BBA/MBA in HR preferred)
- 0.5–3 years of experience in HR functions
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliances is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
