Senior Manager, Learning & Development (L&D)
to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon . In this strategic role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering impact learning programs that empower our employees and drive organizational growth.
Who You Are:• A learning and development enthusiast with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in a similar role.• An MBA or equivalent degree is highly preferred.• Proven track record of creating engaging content for both technical and behavioral L&D programs.• Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering programs for first-time managers and future leaders.• Hands-on approach with a strong understanding of L&D metrics and their application to program evaluation and improvement.• Prior experience successfully managing and motivating a team to achieve common goals.• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for continuous learning.
What You Will Do:• Partner with business leaders to identify learning needs and develop strategic L&D programs.• Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning content across various modalities (e.g., instructorled, e Learning, blended).• Manage the L&D budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.• Implement and track L&D metrics to measure program effectiveness and ROI.• Lead a team of L&D professionals, providing coaching and mentorship for continuous development.• Stay abreast of the latest learning and development trends and technologies.• Champion a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
