Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients and target markets to create a strong pipeline of leads.
- Conduct outreach through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media.
- Qualify leads through effective communication and understanding of client needs.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop effective campaigns and strategies for lead generation.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress in the CRM system.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation Bachelor's/master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales prospecting software.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques.
- Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
