Content Head (Enterprise Context:

The Content Head with Solutioning Experience is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, development, and management of content across various platforms and channels. This role combines expertise in content creation and management with a strong ability to deliver tailored solutions that address client or business challenges. The ideal candidate will be skilled in content strategy, leadership, and innovative problem solving.

Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes):

- Strong content development and management skills - ILT and digital content.

- Should have developed learning journeys and content for enterprise trainings

- Should have a rich experience in need analysis & devising ROI driven enterprise learning strategies

- Should have experience in designing & developing content for sales & customer service trainings

- Should possess rich experience in Competency mapped curriculum design and development

- Strong team management skills

- Strong project management skills

- Should be able to manage P&L

Desired Attributes:

- Should have designed/managed competency assessments

- Should have managed assessment centers

- Experience or certification in Instructional Design is mandatory

- Should have worked in the B2B Training content space

- Experience of working on eLearning & ILT content is mandatory

Target Industry/Sector: Corporate training

Key Responsibility Areas:

- The candidate will lead the content team for conceptualizing, designing & developing competency mapped content.

- Will also be required to work on designing learning solutions and frameworks.

- Will be responsible for championing projects to conduct diagnosis, solutioning and delivery plan to achieve business goals.

- Will be responsible for managing the P&L of content projects.
