Regional Sales Director - Brand Services & Productions (South)

This position is responsible for managing top-line and bottom-line of Clients & Creative Agencies for the assigned region for large scale clients. This position is expected to possess a sharp understanding of market dynamics, Team Management, Business Development, Build new clients, ability to forge strong partnerships with clients, agencies, Internal Stake Holders & to create value for them. This role needs to demonstrate an aggressive approach for accomplishing revenue targets and make a solid impact.

8+ years experience in Advertising, Production, Digital Sales along with knowledge

of TVC & Post Production will be preferred. CTC will not be constrained for the right candidate.Should be well versed with client strategies , creative agencies

& have strong agency & clients contacts data.

Maximizing monetization opportunities by creating and building the client base.Incumbent will be VC Studiioz ambassador in the market .Will be responsible for shaping up a long-term business plan for the client/agency for making VC Studiioz as the preferred destination.Strategies towards securing a steady base by means of acquiring long-term commitmentsIncumbent will be expected to manage all stakeholder relationships end to end with minimum supervision.Developing preferred partnership with top brands & Creative agencies through fact finding on brands, marketing plans with accurate information and feedback for past campaigns and ensuring smooth execution of deals.In depth account management by means of client servicing through customized properties/deals.Build, manage and scale a revenue pipeline with advertisers, Creative agencies and maintain a threshold of Pre to Post production revenue on a monthly basis.Effective sales planning based on the time of the year to make sure that the inventory is fully utilized thus maximizing the ROI.The role includes account development to have a long-term business association with clients.Formulate and implement innovative

packages that maximize the revenue opportunities with brands and agencies to rapidly expand the business.Drive results in a fast paced, resource-conscious environment with a creative style.Maintaining a good sales pipeline for the quarter, highlighting roadblocks early on, so that alternates can be reviewed, will be a critical part of the role.Ability to leverages relationships, build a strong network, and have effective negotiations.

TechnicalStrong knowledge of Pre to Post Production business.Should be both a category & a brand builder with a s strong ability to drive and achieve sales targets.High on ideation while creating brand solutions for the clients in-sync with their communication strategies.Must possess a strong understanding of the marketShould be well networked and connected.A proven record of achieving business and individual goalsConcise yet inspiring communicator.Understanding of data and analyticsExcellent communication skills and interpersonal skillsHighly MotivatedStrong executor who is proactive and anticipates evolving business needsStrong Team Leader100% Revenue Achiever.
