Position Overview :  We are seeking an experienced Corporate Banking Relationship Manager with a strong network across banks, NBFCs, and lending institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing corporate clients, structuring financing solutions, and driving revenue growth through effective relationship management and cross-selling of corporate banking products. Experience Level: 3-4 Years CTC Range: As per industry standards Qualifications   Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics is mandatory. MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or Banking (preferred, but not mandatory if candidate has strong experience & network). Key Responsibilities: ·         Acquire, manage, and deepen relationships with corporate clients (SMEs, mid-market, and large enterprises). ·         Leverage existing network of lenders, banks, and NBFCs to structure and arrange financing solutions (working capital, term loans, project finance, trade finance, structured debt, etc.). ·         Originate and execute mandates for debt, equity, and fundraising requirements of clients. ·         Identify new business opportunities through market mapping, referrals, and industry connects. ·         Drive cross-sell of corporate banking products (treasury, cash management, trade services, investment banking tie-ups, etc.). ·         Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and deal execution. Must Have: ·         Strong network of banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions with proven ability to mobilize funding solutions ·         Demonstrated track record in corporate client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation. ·         Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. ·         Ability to work independently, handle large ticket mandates, and achieve business targets.
