About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telemarketing Executives to join our dynamic sales and customer engagement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, promoting our products/services, generating leads, and assisting in closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills (both voice and email), persuasive ability, and a positive attitude toward achieving targets.

Occasionally, you may be required to take or make calls while outside the office (field follow-ups or remote support), ensuring continuous customer engagement when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services
  • Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up with interested leads via calls and emails, maintaining updated customer records
  • Draft professional email communication to prospects and clients
  • Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly and confidently
  • Handle customer queries and resolve basic objections
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets
  • Maintain call and email quality, professionalism, and adherence to company standards
  • Provide daily reports on calls, emails, leads, and conversions to management

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Professional email drafting and response handling
Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated
Basic computer knowledge is required
Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service preferred
Quick learner, target-driven, and team player

Qualifications:

  • Any bachelor's degree (Computer stream preferred)
  • Sales or marketing certification (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Experience in telemarketing or call center roles is a plus (mandatory)
