Role Overview

As a Senior Telemarketing Executive, you will lead customer acquisition efforts for our broadband/WiFi services. You will be responsible not only for driving tele-sales performance but also for guiding a team of tele-callers, handling escalated calls, and ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound sales calls and convert qualified leads into new broadband customers.
  • Manage inbound sales inquiries and ensure high conversion rates.
  • Train, mentor, and monitor junior telecallers to improve their call handling and closing skills.
  • Maintain and update lead databases/CRM with accurate call records and follow-up actions.
  • Generate appointments for field sales/installation teams where required.
  • Pitch broadband plans, upsell higher speed packages, and promote bundled OTT/IPTV benefits.
  • Manage escalated customer queries with professionalism.
  • Track team performance against weekly/monthly sales targets and report to Sales Manager.
  • Share feedback on market/customer trends to improve plans and offers.
