**Role: Telemarketing Industry: Real Estate**

**Designation: Assistant Manager Department: Sales & Business Development**

**Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Location: Coimbatore**

**Key Responsibilities**: o Handle inbound calls from customers enquiring about our projects o Outbound calls to prospective leads of our projects o Filtering the leads basis their interest on the organization’s product offerings o Explain the construction product and provide an overview of the project and amenities o Fix Site visits for prospective customers and share the site location o Drive site visits target through regular follow ups with prospective leads

**Ideal Qualification & Skills**: o Any graduate degree o Excellent communication skills o Proficiency in Tamil & English o Very energetic, determined to be successful, and ability to deal with new or difficult situations easily

**Overall Work Experience preferred**: o 4 years experience in Telemarketing o Real Estate Experience preferred (not mandatory)

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
