**Job Description for Telemarketing Executive**

A Telemarketing Executive is responsible for promoting and selling products or services through outbound or inbound phone calls to potential or existing customers. The key responsibilities include:
1. **Lead Generation and Qualification**: Identifying and contacting potential customers from databases or leads provided by the company. Qualifying leads to determine interest and suitability.

2. **Sales Calls and Presentations**: Making outbound calls to introduce products or services, explaining features and benefits, and addressing customer inquiries.

3. **Customer Relationship Management**: Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and maintaining long-term relationships to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.

4. **Sales Target Achievement**: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets and KPIs, ensuring a high conversion rate from leads to sales.

5. **Handling Objections**: Effectively addressing and overcoming customer objections to drive sales, using persuasive communication skills.

6. **Maintaining Records**: Documenting call details, customer interactions, and sales progress in CRM software, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.

7. **Collaboration with Team**: Working with sales managers and other team members to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Proficient in using CRM software and basic office tools.
- Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.

A successful Telemarketing Executive is customer-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven, capable of performing well in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
