We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telemarketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience in software sales. The role involves generating leads, promoting software solutions, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets through effective telecalling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote software products and services.
  • Identify business opportunities and qualify potential leads.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
  • Schedule product demos or meetings for the field sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer details in CRM systems.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Gather feedback from customers and report market trends to management.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or inside sales (preferably in software).
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
  • Basic knowledge of software and IT products.
  • Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
