Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive – SaaS Sales, based in New Delhi. The position involves a combination of office and remote work. The Account Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include outreach to potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction while meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Account Management
- Strong skills in Communication and Relationship Building
- Ability to provide exemplary Customer Service
- Experience in SaaS sales or related fields is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
