The ideal candidate will have strong experience in pre-opening project management and the ability to deliver projects within time, cost, and quality parameters. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee complete project lifecycle—from planning and design to execution, handover, and pre-opening setup. Manage multiple hospitality projects including hotels, restaurants, and cloud kitchens. Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Conduct site evaluations, feasibility checks, and project costing. Drive timelines, budget adherence, and quality control across all sites. Review and approve layouts, BOQs, materials, and project documentation. Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and adherence to company guidelines. Optimize processes to improve project efficiency and reduce costs. Lead a project team and manage external consultants/contractors. Provide regular project updates to leadership and handle escalations. Required Skills & Experience 5–15 years of project management experience in the hospitality sector (hotels, restaurants, cloud kitchens). Strong understanding of hospitality design, MEP, architecture, and interiors. Proven track record of managing pre-opening projects. Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Educational Qualification B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
