Urgent Hiring | State Head / RSM – Solar Panel | Eastman Auto & Power Ltd.

We are expanding our Solar Division and looking for dynamic State Heads / RSMs (Solar Panel – Channel Sales) for Eastern UP, Central UP, Western UP & Uttarakhand.

Only candidates from the Solar Panel Industry will be considered.

Position: RSM / State Head – Solar Panel (Channel Sales)

Experience: 6+ Years

Salary: Up to 25 LPA

Locations: Entire Uttar Pradesh (East, Central, West) & Uttarakhand

Industry: Solar Panel Industry (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Own and drive state-level solar panel sales targets.

Develop & execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue goals.

Monitor performance through structured reviews with Sales Executives, Dealers & Distributors.

Identify & onboard new distributors, dealers, EPC partners, and channel associates.

Strengthen & expand distribution footprint across assigned territories.

Ensure adherence to pricing policies, brand guidelines, and sales SOPs.

Explore new market opportunities across rooftop, utility, commercial & industrial segments.

Collaborate with EPCs, installers & government bodies for state-wise solar projects.

Drive corporate, institutional & government tender-based business.

Lead and mentor a team of ASMs, Sales Officers & Channel Executives.

Demonstrate strong sales execution, negotiation & territory management skills.
