Role Overview
As a Stakeholder Executive , you will be at the heart of ensuring that our customers have an exceptional onboarding and engagement experience. You will play a pivotal role in managing customer interactions, guiding them through our services and products, and ensuring their satisfaction and success. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a socially impactful organization while advancing your career in the fast-evolving AI industry.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Onboarding : Efficiently manage the onboarding process for new stakeholders, ensuring a seamless transition and setup of our services and products.
Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting stakeholder relationships. Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholder account management matters.
Feedback and Improvement: Collect feedback from stakeholder on their experience and work closely with our product and service teams to refine and improve our offerings.
Success Planning : Develop success plans for stakeholder that outline their critical goals and metrics for success. Ensure these plans are in place and track customer progress.
Training and Support: Provide stakeholders with comprehensive training and support on our AI tools and resources, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our products.
Retention and Growth: Monitor stakeholder health indicators, develop strategies for retention, and identify opportunities for account growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. An MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
3+ years of experience in stakeholder success, account management, or a similar role in the IT/IT Services or IT SaaS industry.
Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in business contexts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of managing stakeholder relationships, improving stakeholders' satisfaction, and achieving strategic objectives.
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
