Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide variety of meals professionally, including breakfast items, burgers, steaks, salmon, waffles, chicken, and other menu specialties. Ensure all food served meets high standards of quality, taste, and presentation. Adhere strictly to hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations. Coordinate and update the menu based on seasonal availability, guest feedback, and operational needs. Participate in the procurement of necessary food items and manage inventory effectively. Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely meal preparation. Monitor and follow up on food orders to ensure timely delivery and accuracy. Perform regular cleaning of kitchen areas and proper storage of equipment and ingredients. Provide guidance and training on preparing special dishes and customized meals as required. Requirements Requirements: Valid hotel certificate or equivalent culinary qualification. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in professional kitchen settings with a strong track record in cooking. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure during peak hours.
