About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with 5–7 years of experience in enterprise and mid-size company engagements and proven success in service sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and positioning our services as a trusted partner to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic business development plan targeting enterprise and mid-size clients.

Identify, prospect, and engage with decision-makers to generate qualified leads and opportunities.

Drive end-to-end sales cycle – from prospecting, solution presentation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.

Focus on service sales including (customize: IT services, managed services, cloud, security, consulting, etc.).

Build and nurture strong relationships with CXO-level executives and key stakeholders.

Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, pre-sales, marketing, and technical teams) to design customized solutions.

Track, report, and forecast sales performance through CRM tools.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to position the company as a trusted advisor.

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

Required Skills & Experience

5–7 years

of proven experience in business development, account management, or sales within service-based industries (IT/technology/consulting preferred).

Strong track record of selling into enterprise and mid-size companies.

Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and revenue growth.

Strong understanding of solution/service-based sales (consultative selling).

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build trusted relationships at senior levels (CXO/Director/VP).

Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and pipeline management.

Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or equivalent degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.

Industry exposure in IT Services, SaaS, Cloud, Security, or Digital Transformation solutions.

Strong network of enterprise and mid-market relationships.
