Role Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth. The role involves extensive market research, networking, and collaboration with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in Market Research and Strategic Planning
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the architecture, construction, or related industry is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
