Primary Responsibility:

  • Source the best talent through various avenues like job –portals, headhunting, linked-in, employee referrals etc for various job roles in Corporate Office within given turn-around time.
  • ensure TAT compliance for all the designated activities
  • initial screening of the candidates over the phone to understand the fitment of the profile to an open position and then to arrange for the interviews as instructed by the Sr. Manager - TAG
  • build and maintain Internal data base for various skill sets to be readily available whenever needed
  • co-ordinate the entire selection process in co-ordination with the hiring manager
  • be responsible for offer roll out, touch point communication with new hire, on boarding formalities of the new hire etc.
  • co-ordinate with recruitment consultants with respect to fitment of the profiles being shared


Secondary Responsibilities

  • update all the trackers related to talent acquisition right from manpower requisition to appointment of the new hire within specified timelines
  • for creation of Personnel file of new hires at Corporate Office with all required documentation and co-ordination with Bank representative for salary account opening of new hire
  • reference check & background verification for prospective employees
  • Management and Vendor Feedback
