GlobalCFO is a rapidly growing US-based company providing financial, bookkeeping, payroll, tax, investment, business management, and consulting services to individuals, partnerships, companies, non-profit organizations, and other business entities primarily in the US. Our joint servicing teams working out of the US and India ensure Clients have the best financial, tax, and accounting support. We have two flagship brands: (a) MyTaxFiler, which provides US Income Tax Returns services, and (b) myStartUpCFO, which provides Bookkeeping and Accounting services.


Role Overview

We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a creative flair and a rich background in recruiting talent within the finance and accounting sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, preferably having worked in a big 4 consulting group or startup environment.


As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will lead our efforts in attracting and hiring exceptional finance professionals. Your role will involve working closely with our leadership team to identify talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and execute recruitment plans.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with department heads to create job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and HR databases.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
