We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a strong ability to identify and attract top talent. This role is pivotal in ensuring the company attracts and hires the best talent to drive our growth and success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.


Stakeholder Management:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR team on recruitment status and candidate pipeline.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication.


Process Management:

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
  • Assist in the negotiation of job offers and extend offers to selected candidates.


Employer Branding:

  • Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking activities to increase company visibility.


Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to HR leadership.


Qualifications:


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


Experience:

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.


Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting and professional networking sites (e.g., ).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for technical positions in the IT/Tech industry.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
