We have an exciting opportunity for Talent Acquisition Specialist at Pharmavise. 

 

Job Summary:  

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Pharmavise, you will improve talent acquisition, developing recruitment strategies, and sourcing top-notch candidates to support our programs effectively. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, participate in industry events, and utilize ATTS tools to track activities and recruitment efforts. This dynamic position requires a proactive approach to sales, a talent for relationship-building, and a strategic mindset to drive business success and foster a diverse and skilled workforce. 

 

Responsibilities and Job Requirements:  

Talent Acquisition 

  • Identify a broad cross section of sources for recruitment. This means identifying which clients and partners are likely to have people with the right skill sets and creating new relationships. 
  • Develop recruitment business development strategies including timelines and targets and implement a clear plan to increase the volume, consistency, and quality of candidates needed for effective program delivery and outcomes. 
  • Execute comprehensive search strategies to recruit niche candidates including networking, convening and hosting events and webinars, direct sourcing, social media, emails, referrals, to scale. 
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other online business development and recruitment resources to source and identify candidates for current and future needs.  
  • Compile and analyze volunteer related data and identify and implement improvements for future business development cycles. 
  • Provide input into the project Talent Acquisition Strategy to enhance volunteer diversity, recruitment and retention strategies. 
  • Respond to enquiries from clients and partners interested in collaborating with Pharmavise/SYMVOS; assessing and briefing them and then directing them to appropriate Talent Acquisition Team member to advance recruitment.   

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of Talent Acquisition Experience
  • Worked with Life Sciences staffing/consulting firms
  • Bachelor’s Degree related to Life Sciences, Business Development, and Human Resources
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Worked for the US market
  • Experienced in Zoho, CRM, Sales Navigator tools


Other Details:

  • Full-time, M-F, 6:30 PM – 2:30 AM PHT
  • 6 months, renewable depending on performance.
  • Fully Remote
