About this Role
We are building a B2C product that we believe will revolutionize everyone's Shopping experience on the internet. We have been working on this project for more than a year, and it is now closer to reality. We are super excited about it. And to take this project to the next level are looking to expand our team with highly creative, forward-thinking individuals.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of this team. Working directly under the guidance of our CTO, you will be tasked with identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent. This role calls for a sharp, intuitive individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is proficient in head-hunting specialists from major organizations to join our high-growth, innovative team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the CTO and other senior leaders to define recruitment needs and effective hiring strategies.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Utilize broad and diverse channels to hunt for high-level talent, particularly from large, well-established startups.
  • Implement proactive recruiting techniques and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs.
  • Manage and enhance the company's employer brand.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience, maintaining communication and feedback loops.
  • Utilize metrics and analytics to optimize hiring practices and tools.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a high-growth tech startup environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in head-hunting and filling niche roles within the tech industry from larger organisations.
  • Qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field will be a plus, although not required.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to use judgement in sensitive situations.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
