Job Summary:
As a Senior Executive in Corporate Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities in the corporate sector. You will focus on establishing long-term partnerships with clients, understanding their tech talent needs, and offering tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and engage with potential corporate clients to offer Topskill's tech talent solutions (contract, freelance, full-time placements).- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and proposing suitable solutions.- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.- Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and close deals with corporate clients.- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client needs to ensure that Topskill remains competitive in the talent solutions market.- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (recruitment, operations, etc.) to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.- Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management on business development efforts and results.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or staffing solutions sales.- Must have experience working in a staffing agency.- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.- Knowledge: Familiarity with the tech talent market and corporate hiring practices.- Personality: Self-driven, goal-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
