**Job Title: Sales Executive - Corporate (Female) - Return Gift Hampers sales**

**Location: Paschim Vihar, Delhi**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year**

As a Sales Executive focusing on corporate clients, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with corporate customers. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, presenting our range of return gift hampers, and closing deals that align with client needs. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure that our offerings meet market demands and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**:

- Identify and target corporate clients, including businesses, event planners, and organizations looking for return gift solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the corporate sector.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our return gift hampers.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop and execute a sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets within the corporate sector.
- Understand the unique needs of corporate clients and tailor your approach to offer customized solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiation and contract management.
- **Market Research & Networking**:

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and generate leads.
- Analyze competitor offerings and provide insights to improve our product and service offerings.
- **Customer Service & Satisfaction**:

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Ensure that all orders are processed accurately and delivered on time, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Follow up with clients post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:

- Track and report on sales performance, including sales targets, lead conversion rates, and customer feedback.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales progress and potential opportunities for growth.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the corporate gifting, retail, or e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Sales Skills**:

- Strong sales acumen with the ability to prospect, pitch, and close deals.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- **Communication & Interpersonal Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and internal teams.
- **Organizational Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing orders and client requests.
- **Customer-Focused**:

- A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality products and services.

**Education**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
