We also help users cut through the banking jargons, offer smart insights based on spending and provide users with a range of new age features to enable and make sense of their finances.Our journey so far:Jupiter was founded in 2019 by Jitendra Gupta. Best known as Citrus Pay's founder, Jiten found himself wondering why personal finance experiences were not customer-centric when everything else like food ordering and entertainment were. That's how our journey began in 2019, with a simple, powerful idea : to create a modern, customer-centric experience that empowers individuals when it comes to their money.From our humble beginnings, we've strived relentlessly to make managing money easier. In 2021 when we launched we had a waitlist with over 100,000 people eager to experience the world of Jupiter - and within 10 months we crossed 1 million users. Today, we have 2.7 million + happy users on Jupiter. We're now looking for like-minded folks to join the crew.What you'll doManage and organize HR datasets, trackers, and dashboards to ensure accuracy and reliabilitySupport HR analytics by generating reports, identifying trends, and creating visual insights for decision-makingConduct research on HR best practices, benchmarks, and future-of-work trends (e.g., engagement, well-being, learning)Analyze employee survey data and provide insights to improve engagement and culture initiativesCoordinate HR programs and initiatives, ensuring timely communication and follow-up with stakeholdersAssist in planning and running employee engagement events, workshops, and learning sessions, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordinationSupport HR team members in recruitment, onboarding, and documentation activities when neededMaintain internal communication channels (newsletters, intranet, dashboards) to share updates on HR initiatives and eventsWhat we're looking forStrong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or visualization tools is a plus)Curious, analytical, detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and coordination skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesInterest in both data-driven HR and employee engagement/event managementWhat you'll gainHands-on experience working with HR data, metrics, and people analytics toolsExposure to research-driven HR projects: benchmarking studies, survey analysis, and culture diagnosticsOpportunity to plan and execute HR events and initiatives, learning how to create meaningful employee experiencesExperience in coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior stakeholdersMentorship and guidance from HR professionals on building a career at the intersection of HR, analytics, and employee experience
