The Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing all human resource operations, focusing on talent acquisition, compliance, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Talent Acquisition and Hiring
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job descriptions to finalizing offers.
  • Build a robust candidate pipeline through various platforms and referrals.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and team structures.
Employment Contracts and HR Policies
  • Draft, update, and maintain employee contracts in compliance with UK employment laws.
  • Maintain and revise the employee handbook and company policies.
Time Management and Productivity
  • Implement a streamlined time submission process for employees and contractors.
Financial Management and Invoicing
  • Coordinate salary disbursements, contractor payments, and reimbursements.
  • Maintain records of employee compensation and incentives.
Employee Engagement, Recognition, and Culture
  • Lead initiatives around employee engagement, including appreciation notes and team bonding activities.
Study Leave Policy and Professional Development
  • Administer the study leave and exam reimbursement policy.
Onboarding and Exit Procedures
  • Design a structured onboarding process including welcome communication and orientation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a similar environment.
  • Sound understanding of HR operations, UK employment regulations, and HR best practices.
