Transformative Data Cloud Lead Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Data Cloud expert to spearhead our organization's data-first initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Customer Data Platform) and proven leadership skills to drive technical teams, design scalable architectures, and enable enterprise-wide data-driven transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, architect, and implement end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud solutions that unlock customer insights and power intelligent engagement across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable Data Cloud solutions that meet the needs of diverse customer segments.
  • Manage data governance, security, and compliance across multiple data sources, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Provide strategic guidance on AI/ML use cases, Data Cloud + Marketing Cloud activation, and personalization journeys that drive meaningful customer experiences.
  • Lead a team of Salesforce professionals, including admins, developers, and data engineers, to achieve exceptional results and foster a culture of innovation.
  • Define best practices for data ingestion, APIs, connectors, and real-time streaming pipelines that support agile data management and analytics.
  • Align Data Cloud initiatives with overall data strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience with at least 3+ years dedicated to Data Cloud/Customer Data Platform (CDP).
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, data integration, and enterprise solution design, with a strong focus on scalability and performance.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, connectors, and real-time streaming (Kafka, MuleSoft, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of data modeling, identity resolution, consent management, and profile unification, with proficiency in SQL and data mapping techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive collaboration and results across diverse teams.
