Human Resources Manager Job Profile

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company vision.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have a strong understanding of Indian labor laws, and be able to drive culture-building initiatives across multiple regions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and implement HR policies in line with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, payroll, and statutory obligations across regions.

Culture & Engagement:

  • Design and run initiatives that build a strong, inclusive company culture.
  • Be the voice of the company's vision, ensuring employees feel connected and valued.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with teams across locations to understand concerns and drive solutions.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles.
  • Create a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Performance & Development:

  • Implement and manage KRAs, KPIs, and appraisal cycles.
  • Work with department heads to identify skill gaps and organize training programs.

Business Partnership:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to department heads and leadership.
  • Collaborate with all functions to ensure HR initiatives align with business needs.

Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including exposure to Indian labor laws & compliance, policy drafting & implementation, employee engagement, recruitment, and Zoho People or similar HRIS platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in L&D or training industry.
  • Certification in labor law, HR analytics, or employee relations.
