As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic people initiatives that fuel our company's hyper-growth.

This includes building and delivering high-impact HR programs, managing complex employee relations, and partnering with stakeholders to support a high-performance culture.

  • Drive critical human resource metrics such as retention, engagement; leverage data insights to inform proactive actions.
  • Engage with cross-functional partners to execute corporate-wide talent initiatives and tackle business challenges.
  • Operate independently to ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team; train, mentor and lead HR initiatives.
  • Responsible for HR operations, Employee Relations and Business HR teams.
  • Partner with expertise centers to tackle business problems and execute corporate-wide talent initiatives.
  • Use data analytics to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions to further support business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, performance, and continuous learning by guiding business and HR teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through effective HR practices.
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures to ensure seamless implementation across the organization.
