Business Finance Job Description:

About the Role

The Business Finance team is responsible for driving business growth and optimizing costs across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Insight: Gain a deep understanding of the organization's operations, consumers, and categories to inform financial decisions.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze P&L and revenue metrics to identify key trends and insights that drive business growth.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement processes to improve governance, reduce cost leakage, and enhance stakeholder relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business teams to manage stakeholders effectively and drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in CA/MBA/B.Tech or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience post-qualification
  • Strong Excel/Google sheet skills and good business acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in financial modeling and PowerPoint skills
  • Previous experience as a business finance partner or in a start-up/Retail environment
