Position Overview

LawSikho is seeking a Course Anchor to manage and deliver its HR-related law courses. This is a full-time, remote opportunity for candidates with a background in Law or Human Resource Management. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and people management skills, along with a passion for HR compliance and legal education.

Key Requirements

  • Graduate in Law or Human Resource Management (or both)
  • Strong interest or prior experience in HR/legal compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage virtual sessions and engage effectively with learners
  • Prior experience in HR policies, labour law compliance, employee relations, or employment law will be an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage live classes and interactive sessions
  • Provide ongoing learner support throughout the course duration
  • Assist in creating, reviewing, and curating course content with legal/HR experts
  • Ensure timely execution and smooth delivery of course modules
  • Communicate proactively with learners to resolve queries, offer guidance, and enhance learning outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 (take-home)
  • Remote work with a 5-day working week
