Business Services Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:
Organize file structures and categorize content to facilitate internal knowledge sharing.
Assist with the internal sales excellence page within our internal intranet (Happeo), to ensure it remains up-to-date and organized.
Coordinate sales calendar and events to ensure timely scheduling and participation.
Assist and maintain the sales enablement content repository for easy access and retrieval of resources.
Assist with ad hoc content and support requests from the sales team, providing timely assistance and resources.
Provide administrative support to the sales excellence team to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflows.
Assist in creating and maintaining documentation and resources related to sales enablement activities.
Collaborate with team members to support the implementation of sales enablement initiatives and projects.
Maintain accuracy and consistency in data entry and record-keeping tasks.
Support ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and over 4 years of related and documented progressive experience - or - an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Work Experience:
Minimum Years of Experience: 4 Years
Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required.
Sound understanding and relevant experience managing projects is required.
Familiarity with front-office and back-office processes and technologies is preferred.
Staffing industry experience is a plus.
Shift Timings:
6:30 PM to 3:30 PM IST
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficient with G-suite, and Microsoft Office tools. Experience with Salesforce, as well as content management platforms is preferred.
