Business Services Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Organize file structures and categorize content to facilitate internal knowledge sharing.
  • Assist with the internal sales excellence page within our internal intranet (Happeo), to ensure it remains up-to-date and organized.
  • Coordinate sales calendar and events to ensure timely scheduling and participation.
  • Assist and maintain the sales enablement content repository for easy access and retrieval of resources.
  • Assist with ad hoc content and support requests from the sales team, providing timely assistance and resources.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales excellence team to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflows.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining documentation and resources related to sales enablement activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to support the implementation of sales enablement initiatives and projects.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency in data entry and record-keeping tasks.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and over 4 years of related and documented progressive experience - or - an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.


Work Experience:

Minimum Years of Experience: 4 Years

  • Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required.
  • Sound understanding and relevant experience managing projects is required.
  • Familiarity with front-office and back-office processes and technologies is preferred.
  • Staffing industry experience is a plus.


Shift Timings:

  • 6:30 PM to 3:30 PM IST


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient with G-suite, and Microsoft Office tools. Experience with Salesforce, as well as content management platforms is preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
