**Job Description: Customer Service Executive (Banking Sector)**

**Position Overview**:
**Requirements**:
Education: Minimum graduation in any discipline. A background in finance, commerce, or banking will be an added advantage.
Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory, both written and verbal.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to enhance their banking experience.
Adaptability: Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing business requirements.

**Compensation**:
** Freshers: Starting CTC of 3 LPA**
** Experienced: CTC ranging from 3 LPA to 10 LPA, based on their previous CTC and performance during the selection process.**
