Job Title: Business Development Executive Specialist for Bidding (Upwork,Fiverr) and Lead Generation (IT Services)
Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth by actively bidding on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and other relevant channels. Your primary focus will be on securing projects for our IT services through effective proposal writing, client communication, and strategic lead generation. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT industry, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Bidding and Proposal Development:
- Identify potential projects on bidding platforms and other channels.
- Craft compelling and tailored proposals in response to client requirements.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate estimation of project timelines and costs.
- Client Communication:
- Initiate and maintain effective communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and discussions to showcase our capabilities and expertise.
- Address client queries promptly and professionally.
- Platform Management:
- Manage and optimize profiles on bidding platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and other relevant platforms.
- Regularly update profiles with relevant project portfolios, certifications, and client testimonials.
- Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential clients outside of bidding platforms through market analysis and targeted outreach.
- Develop strategies for lead generation and conversion into potential projects.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for business development strategies based on market analysis.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate project terms, pricing, and contracts with clients.
- Work closely with the legal team to ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with other teams within the organization to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in bidding on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, etc.
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create and deliver effective presentations.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with project management concepts and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
