Job PurposeThe Resource - Corporate Sales will be responsible for supporting Institutional and Corporate sales by identifying market opportunities and developing an understanding of client needs. The incumbent will maintain a strong technical understanding of RE products and business plan to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, Map and tap into the Corporate & Institutional Sales in the assigned territoriesGenerate leads by cold calls , referrals , word of mouth , scouting etcCoordinate with field team , marketing and rides team for BTL activitiesCreate an activity calendar and effective completion of the activities as per timelines. Ensure the Daily Calls & Daily Visits that are planned are met.Conduct BTL activities to generate orders such as demos , test rides , log out rides , service camp , events etcEnsure the collection of payments and deliveries, subsequently Quotation , Purchase orders and billing of Motorcycles.Ensure that the motorcycles are delivered and reconciliation of paymentTo engage the corporate customers on a regular basis and delight them with ride events and service campsRegularly visit government institutions and pitch in our products & Upgrade them to higher cc Motorcycles.Regularly conduct demos to government institutionsTo have close watch and to handle Government tenders so that we get 100% orders.Coordinate for statutory norms of the governmentIncrease CSD businessEnsure all the CSD approved dealers are generating regular business.Ensure all the dealers are onboarded to do the CSD business.Activities at CSD canteensTrain the dealership team on the complete CSD business - Customer handling, CSD prices, Documentation & submission on time, collection of payment from the CSD depot on timeProvide training to the dealer team by identifying the dealer for IS business and training manpower for coordinating with IS departmentsTo ensure CPC is rolled out and onboard all the dealers for getting additional volumeBranding at CSD URCs and Depots.To ensure the dealers team is having good rapport with the CSD officials.To bring in the culture of Market share in CSD business.
