Qualification: Postgraduate /Graduate with additional qualification in Marketing.


Experience: Minimum 1-5 years of overall experience.


Who We Are Looking For

A candidate who is willing to be a support mechanism for Business Development along with overall assistance with project execution.


Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
  2. Proactively call and follow up on leads and fix up the business meetings.
  3. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
  4. Understand client requirements and pitch relevant agency services to meet their marketing needs.
  5. Shall be responsible for co-ordination of campaigns where one would get to learn the entire process of pitching business to the clients and execution of the campaigns.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to align client proposals and ensure timely delivery of services.
  7. Will have to assist in preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, negotiate and close deals to potential clients and partners.
  8. Preparing MOMs and brief documents.
  9. Stay updated with basic industry trends and market insights, including advertising, events, and outdoor marketing.
  10. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research, networking, and other methods.


Skills:

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Basic knowledge of the marketing and advertising industry.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
