Business Development Coordinator

Job brief :
The Business Development Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the business development team by assisting with lead tracking, preparing presentation decks, managing client communications, and ensuring all business development activities are executed efficiently. This role is essential for maintaining organized workflows and ensuring the business development team is positioned for success.
Responsibilities :
1.Lead Tracking & Management:
- Track and manage leads across various stages of the business development pipeline.
- Maintain and update CRM with relevant lead and client information to ensure timely follow-ups and reporting.
- Monitor the status of ongoing leads, proposals, and contracts, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed of progress.
2.Presentation Deck Preparation:
- Assist in creating visually compelling and professional presentation decks for potential clients, tenders, and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, estimating, etc.) to gather necessary information for presentation content.
- Ensure that presentations align with company branding and accurately reflect the company's capabilities.
3.Proposal & Bid Coordination:
- Coordinate the preparation of proposals, bids, and other documentation required for client submissions.
- Ensure all proposal materials are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Assist with the final review of documents to ensure consistency and high-quality presentation.
4.Client Communication & Follow-up:
- Assist with client communication, ensuring that all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-up activities with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Maintain a clear and up-to-date record of client interactions, project status, and next steps.
5.Reporting & Documentation:
- Assist in preparing and delivering regular business development reports to track lead conversion rates, pipeline status, and sales performance.
- Document key insights from client meetings and industry events for internal analysis and strategy refinement.
6.Event and Networking Support:
- Support the coordination of business development-related events, including conferences, webinars, and trade shows.
- Assist in preparing materials and managing logistics for company participation in industry events.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales coordination, or marketing, preferably within the construction, architecture, or design-build industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software, and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
