About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team at ViaTerra Travel Gear. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing B2B partnerships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our sales team to execute strategies, build strong relationships with corporate and institutional clients, and support long-term account growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to meet company revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to expand our B2B customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and corporate clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for account growth.
  • Track sales performance, prepare periodic reports, and share insights with management.
  • Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate client and sales records in CRM systems, ensuring updated databases.
  • Support the sales team with day-to-day activities and assist in onboarding/training new members.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of B2B projects.
  • Prepare and manage sales-related documentation, contracts, and proposals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, Corporate Sales.
  • Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Work Details

  • Location: Nashik
  • Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Weekly Off: Saturday
