Our client is a well-established brand in the Semiconductor Manufacturing Industry who is now looking for a passionate and driven Field Services Engineer. This is an amazing opportunity for individuals who want their career in new technology with a global multinational organization.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Location:Remote, India, IN
Each Assigned Business Development Manager (BDM) has custom targets which are a combination of identifying and successfully on-boarding as customer.Identify potential new customers with whom UR and our partners have not previously engaged in the business process, facilitate and support to complete the first time transactions and transition the customer to a capable distributor / business partner for on-going and continual business relationship, and necessary customer supports.Ensure accurate forecasting to develop the business and achieve targetsEngage the business enablement resources to ensure a healthy pipelineAchieve business targets and quotas in the designated areaInterpret customer needs, assess the full requirement and identify solutionsFacilitate high value visits with end users, key and prospective customers ending in a saleRepresenting the UR brand and vision, and demonstrate values at customer visits and eventsAbility to travel more than 70% of days a year for customer intimacy and businessexpansions.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum +8 years successful track record of sales of technical products and solutions to end user customers / OEMs / channels, developing sales strategies, ideal candidate's experience includes indirect salesDocumented success over multiple years reaching business targets of about +3 MUSDExperience with structured sales, plans, budgets, pipeline managementIndustry experience desired from a similar role in the Automation industry; prior experience selling components provide additional advantageExperience managing complex client relationships requiredStrong oral communication and presentation skillsExperience in influencing behaviors for team membersDemonstrated ability and willingness to modify plans on demand based on changing input.Relevant experience and customer-focus attitude is more important than education, however, an ideal candidate will have a least an educational background at a Bachelor's level in the field of Mechatronics, Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical engineering with flair for Automation, desired to have Management programs in business.
