Lead employee engagement programmes to foster a productive and inclusive workplace culture. Provide guidance on HR policies, compliance, and best practices to ensure smooth operations. Analyse HR metrics and offer insights to support data-driven decision-making. Address employee relations matters with a focus on resolution and maintaining harmony. Partner with leadership teams to drive organisational change and transformation initiatives. The Successful Applicant A successful HR Business Partner should have: A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR operations within the property or real estate industry. Strong understanding of employment laws and HR compliance requirements in India. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. A strategic mindset with a focus on aligning HR goals with business objectives.
