Job Summary:We are seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner to play a crucial role in aligning human resources initiatives with business objectives.The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance and support on various HR matters to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.:Strategic Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational objectives and develop HR strategies to support them.Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.Talent Acquisition and Retention: Partner with recruitment teams to identify staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.Organizational Development: Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and development.HR Policy and Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws and industry best practices.HR Metrics and Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.Employee Engagement: Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive work environment.
