Job Title:We are seeking an accomplished HR Strategic Partner to collaborate with our retail leadership team and contribute to the overall people agenda at store level.About the Role:This dynamic position involves working closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives, providing guidance on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations, and driving employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience.The ideal candidate will play a key role in collaborating with the leadership team to drive operational excellence, ensuring a high-performing, motivated, and connected workforce.Culture Building:The selected candidate will be responsible for leading GPTW initiatives to position the organization as a preferred workplace and fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and teamwork.Employee Connect and Grievance Management:This role requires regular store visits to build strong relationships with employees and proactively identify points of employee dissatisfaction, ensuring prompt resolution through proper investigations and recommendations.Performance Management:The successful candidate will partner with store managers to implement performance tools such as 1:1s, PIPs, goal setting, and reviews, ensuring timely and effective feedback to employees.Compliance and Policy Implementation:This position is responsible for ensuring adherence to company policies, codes of conduct, and legal requirements, keeping updated with industry best practices and driving HR policy improvements to maintain a competitive edge.Manpower Planning:The selected candidate will monitor daily manpower availability to ensure seamless operational continuity and collaborate with operations to maintain accurate store manpower requirements.Talent Acquisition:This role involves end-to-end hiring for assigned stores to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower needs and provide exceptional candidate experiences.
