JOB SUMMARY
This role entails overseeing the operational effectiveness of eight to twelve branches.
Responsibilities encompass client acquisition, achieving financial targets, and ensuring compliance with set guidelines.
Effective team management to maintain a cohesive branch environment and uphold the desired culture is crucial.
The role also involves initiating and successfully executing micro events to onboard new clients and accelerate growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure operational compliance and audit processes aligned with both the bank's standards and regulatory requirements within assigned branches.
Drive business generation across various banking products such as Savings & Current Accounts, Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, and Shares.
Implement strategies to enhance customer penetration and sales.
Oversee customer-centric banking operations, liaising with relevant departments to fulfill customer instructions and maintain service quality.
Foster relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations to facilitate business development.
Manage and enhance the retail banking business within the assigned cluster.
Drive sales management and revenue growth in the cluster.
Provide effective leadership, guidance, and support to the team, while ensuring clients receive superior service.
Fulfill any additional duties assigned by the bank.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS
UG: Graduate in any specialization
PG: Post Graduate in any specialization (optional)
RELEVANT JOB EXPERIENCE
With over 10 years of experience in the Liabilities function, including 3-4 years in roles as a Cluster Branch Manager or currently serving as a Cluster Head who brings a strong foundation in banking operations and leadership to effectively manage and grow the retail banking business within the assigned cluster.
