Job Overview


We are hiring a Cluster Head for our organization to oversee and manage the operations of multiple retail locations. As a Cluster Head, you will be responsible for driving sales, achieving targets, and ensuring the overall success of the assigned cluster. This is a senior-level position and requires a candidate with 7 to 10 years of experience in retail sales and cluster operations.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 7 to 10 years of experience in retail sales and cluster operations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, store managers, and team members.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships through effective client relationship management.
  • Experience in client acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Sound knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage the overall operations of multiple retail locations within the assigned cluster.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to store managers and teams to ensure maximum productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Identify training and development needs of the retail teams and facilitate appropriate programs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Drive client acquisition and retention efforts in the assigned cluster.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare reports and present updates to senior management on cluster performance, challenges, and opportunities.
