• Adapt the business development practice of the company
• Lead Generation from various online channels like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
• Ability to connect interact with C-level
• Qualify prospects by mapping the customer s pain point to Core Techies services
• Build a relationship with the prospects and focus on value selling.
• Identify opportunities by researching on targeted companies and contacts
• End to End Business Development cycle
• Reporting to higher manager with the daily updates.
• Assisting to the manager for generating lead.Requirements
• Bachelor/Master is preferred (BBA, MBA, BCA,)
• 1+ years of management experience in Business Development is preferred
• Experience with IT Service based company is preferred.
• A person must have good communication, writing skills
• Working with MS office 365.Expectations
• An impeccable English writing and communication skills are a must
• Eager to learn and adapt new strategies at a fast pace.
• Tech-savvy should be aware of various technologies (Mobile Apps, Web Apps and QA) Nice to have
• Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as a team player.Benefits
