As the National Sales Head – Endoscopy Division (PAN India), you will be responsiblefor leading and driving strategic growth across India, expanding the installed base ofArthrex Endoscopy platforms, and building a high-performing national salesorganization. This role requires a visionary leader who can combine clinical engagementwith commercial excellence to establish Avana as the undisputed leader in minimallyinvasive surgical solutions.Responsibilities• Drive PAN-India Market Expansion: Spearhead nationwide growth of Arthrex’sEndoscopy portfolio, with a strong focus on capital equipment placementsacross general surgery, gynecology, urology, and ENT specialties.• Champion Surgical Innovation: Deliver powerful clinical value messagingthrough OR demonstrations, live surgeries, and personalized surgeonengagement at a national scale.• Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture long-term relationshipswith KOLs, surgical departments, hospital chains, and institutional stakeholdersacross India.• Lead a National Sales Force: Recruit, mentor, and inspire Regional SalesManagers, Territory Managers, and Clinical Sales Specialists to consistentlyexceed business goals.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Medical Education, Marketing,Product Management, and Service teams to deliver a seamless and superiorcustomer experience across India.• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Continuously assess competitor activity,pricing dynamics, and emerging trends to shape business strategies.• Compliance & Forecasting: Ensure regulatory compliance, maintain a robustnational pipeline, and deliver accurate forecasts and insights to seniorleadership.Who You Are• Experience: 15+ years in medical device capital equipment sales, with aminimum of 5+ years in a national or senior leadership role; Endoscopy orArthroscopy experience highly preferred.• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, or relatedfield; MBA is a plus.• Expertise: Proven success in strategic sales leadership, OR engagement, andbuilding/leading high-performance national teams.• Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities,with strong clinical acumen.• Mindset: Purpose-driven, passionate about healthcare transformation, andcommitted to achieving results with integrity and impact.
